Shraman Studio Send your brand

I engineered a creative studio.

My own pipeline reads the ads in your category, finds the gaps, writes the hooks and makes AI-UGC to test them. Real creators then re-shoot the winners.

Spec ad for a fictional brand, made in the studio.

One body, three openings.

Only the first 3 seconds change. Pick an opening and a persona: the hook swaps and the rest of the ad stays put. That's the whole business, three hooks on one body, tested.

What this tests

Fictional brand. Not a client.

The machine behind the ad.

In its first runs, on 15 Oct, the pipeline read 520 ads from 219 brands across 5 categories, and wrote 54 hooks.

Below are real artefacts from the pet-supplement run. Brand names are hidden.

Read every live ad in the category.

Active video ads only, first lines shown. On 15 Oct the pet run read 220 of them.

The idea

Read the public ad library the way a media buyer would, but for a whole category at once. Only active video ads count, because those are the ones a brand is paying to test.

Group by the brand that pays, then score.

62 brands found, 34 with two or more ads, 18 qualified, 10 set aside with a reason.

BrandAdsScoreTier

The idea

Ads are grouped by the website they send people to, not the page that posted them. A creator's page rolls up to the brand that pays the creator, so a brand's real testing volume shows.

Name the angle, the hook pattern and the gap.

A real teardown of one top-tier brand, with its name removed.

Gap

The idea

Every brand gets the same three questions, so the gaps are comparable across a whole category. Only public ad text is read. Nothing a client sends us is used here.

Write three openings for the gap.

Each one is a separate test of the same body.

The idea

Hooks quote the brand's own claims and never invent new ones. A person rewrites every line before it leaves the studio.

Lock the persona, then generate each take.

A reference still fixes the face, the room and the dog. Every take starts from it.

9:16 clip, 3 seconds

The idea

If the persona drifts between takes, a test measures the actor, not the hook. Locking the persona first means the three openings differ in their words and nothing else. Claims are fixed before anything is generated.

Three hooks, one body, captions burned in.

Three variants that differ only in their first 3 seconds.

The idea

Hooks are separate clips from the body. Each test changes one variable, and swapping a hook moves a few hundred kilobytes, not a whole ad.

Keep it moving, with a person in charge.

The back office runs on a schedule, on one server.

  1. New prospects reach the CRMMatched on the brand, never duplicated.
  2. Contacts are mergedOnly into empty fields.
  3. Approved emails become draftsDrafts only. Nothing here can send.
  4. A reply raises an alertThe row updates itself.

A person sends every email.

The idea

Automate everything up to the decision, and leave the decision to a person. The system can prepare an email but has no way to send one.

Three ways to work together.

The engineering came first. The studio runs on it.

Engineering on one side, the studio on the other, and a stream of everything the first powers in the second. Drag to turn it. Tap anything to see what it does.
